Important: NY Operations Update

Unfortunately, we will be temporarily suspending our telemedicine services in New York State in response to the pending expiration of the COVID-19 pandemic Public Health Emergency (PHE).

Telemedicine became an essential form of medical care during the COVID-19 pandemic, prompting state and federal governments to pass temporary measures easing some of the regulations surrounding the delivery of healthcare services via telemedicine. While an increasing number of states are opting to make these measures permanent, other states, such as New York, will return to a more strict regulatory framework surrounding telemedicine services post-pandemic.

We are committed to complying with all applicable state and federal law and to ensuring that all Americans can continue to access critical medications and care via telemedicine. We are working diligently to determine a solution to continue delivering you the best care possible.

If you are due to renew your prescription, please visit https://app.wondermed.com/appointments to schedule your clinician appointment.  Available clinician appointments will fill up fast. The last day to meet with a Wondermed clinician is December 16, 2022.

Rest assured, your access to the Wondermed patient dashboard and all supporting resources will remain accessible indefinitely. We are committed to supporting your healing journey & will follow up shortly with additional details regarding your long-term care.
